The second-generation generator does not generate electricity. Chen Xiaoshu’s pole-breaking or internal rectification is disengaged and does not play a rectifying role.
The brush is stuck in the brush holder so that the generator cannot be excited. This can be judged by the magnetic field of the universal generator and the resistance value in the terminal. If the measured resistance value is close to the specified value, it is normal. If there is no finger on the ohm, it means that the excitation circuit is not connected. In addition to the disconnection of the excitation winding, the brush is usually stuck in the brush holder. The excitation windings are roads. If the two test bars are connected directly to the two slip rings on the rotating shaft, if it still does not pass, it is likely that the welded ends of the exciting windings and the slip rings fall off, or the exciting winding leads. The turning point is broken.
The stator windings are short-circuited or connected to each other.
It is also possible to let the used generators be rented for a long period of time under heavy load conditions. The immersion lacquer layer of the group wires will fall off, causing phase-to-phase short circuit, or the winding of the stator due to insulation cracking of the stator slots, causing the generator to not generate electricity.
The excitation group is short-circuited. During the assembly process, the positions of the two brushes and the slip ring are not aligned. After the working period of the generator, the powder bundle under the brush makes the two slip rings short-circuit, and even the brush holder burns out, the regulator Faults, low voltage regulation, contact ablation, and disconnection or desoldering of a wire in the regulator make the excitation circuit for the second-hand generator rental unreachable. If the contacts are slightly ablated, they can be sanded with glass sandpaper.
